Project: Watercolour paintings
"When I travel, I usually take a small water colour set and paper. It's a nice way to unwind and keep up my painting chops..."
Project: Resin-coated giclée prints
"These pieces are digital illustrations that were commissioned for book covers. The digital files have been printed as fine art Giclée prints, mounted to birch panels and covered in resin. The result is a captivating physical piece of art that embodies the rawness of the original digital work. The irregularity of the resin finish brings the images to life.
Project: Ride to Conquer Cancer / Mixed Media artwork
"As part of my fundraising for the Princess Margaret Hospital's Ride to Conquer Cancer in 2013, I created eight mixed media paintings and auctioned them off. All proceeds went to cancer research and treatment at Princess Margaret."
Over the years, we have created portraits in a range of styles—from painterly to hard edged, these portraits bring a little more character to a simple headshot.
